This site was designed with the intent of demonstrating my passions, my teaching experience, and introducing my wonderful family to educational leaders and international schools around the world as we embark on our recruitment campaign aimed for the 2025 2026 academic year. My goal is to secure a job as your next visual arts or health and physical education specialist in middle school or high school.

Hannah and I are inspiring educators who are passion driven and value the power of community. We look forward to discussing how we can be powerful team members for your educational community. Next year marks my 22nd year teaching abroad and in that time I have had the incredible fortune to work at some marvelous schools as I've deepened my skills as a visual arts teacher and most recently added a new teaching qualification inspired by another lifelong passion, Health and Physical Education. I have received my intermediate (grade 6 - 10) health and physical education qualification from Trent University.

I am honoured to have spent my 20+ year teaching career as “a specialist”.  I believe that the subjects that I am passionate about, authentically live and demonstrate as a pillar of my identity are special: the arts and physical education. Together they exercise the body and the soul in a way that improves overall physical and mental well being, engages ourselves to the greater community and provides evidence of a life well lived. Beyond engaging my students with these specialties, it is an ongoing goal to demonstrate the value of maintaining participation in the arts and activity throughout our lives.
